The four-man band ADHD from Iceland, “the land of extremes,” will be in Istanbul on the first days of spring as a part of their latest released album 6 tour. Iceland is extraordinary for its nature as well as its musicians! The motto of the band that proves it is “we are a family!” Composed of Davíð Þór Jónsson on keyboards, Ómar Guðjónsson on guitar and bass, Óskar Guðjónsson on saxophone and Magnús Trygvason Eliassen on drums, the band members are childhood friends. The confidence and assertiveness generating from this bond reflect onto their music even though they have many differences among themselves. Even though the name ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) might come a little confusing considering the band’s hypnotizing music, the improvisation and spontaneity of the music ADHD creates will surround the audience.
