Borusan Quartet opens the season with a concert featuring one of Turkey’s most talented pianists, Başar Can Kıvrak. In 2002 he made himself known at the age of 16 by winning 3rd place at the Ferdi Statzer Piano Competition that was held for the first time in İstanbul. He carried his success to greater heights by appearing with local and international piano masters as he continued his studies at Bilkent University and Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory. Kıvrak meets the Borusan Quartet in a program with an exquisite selection of French music.
