BIPO will greet the New Year with the direction of young conductor Lorenzo Viotti who has earned note for his Rigoletto performances at Dresden and Stuttgart Operas and has won the 2015 Salzburg Festival Young Conductors Award. The concert’s soloist will be clarinettist Andreas Ottensamer who interrupted his Harvard studies to accept an offer from the Karajan Academy - Orchestra Academy of the Berliner Philharmoniker, followed by an extremely busy schedule with the Vienna Philharmonic, Bremen German Chamber Philharmonic, and Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestras. BIPO will deliver memorable moments to its audience with surprise compositions as well as New Year’s favourite classics.
