In the first concert of the new season, Borusan Quartet will be on stage with Albion Quartet. Founded in 2016, the Albion Quartet has performed at Wigmore Hall, one of the UK’s most prestigious stages, and the Aldeburgh Festival, founded by Benjamin Britten and Peter Pears. They have been invited back to these distinguished music venues following their success. They have been greatly admired, not only in England but also in all the countries where they have performed, for their recordings at BBC Radio 3 and the master classes they regularly gave at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. Albion Quartet will perform their first concert in Turkey with Felix Mendelssohn’s String Octet Op. 20 and Borusan Quartet.
