BAÏKA

Borusan Istanbul Philharmonic Orchestra
Conductor: Sascha Goetzel
Violin: Nemanja Radulović

BIPO has released a new recording from Deutsche Grammophon. Violin virtuoso Nemanja Radulović’s new recording Baïka, with whom BIPO has worked in close and productive collaborations on international tours, season concerts and recordings, is out for sale.

Directed by Sascha Goetzel, BIPO accompanies Radulović in the recording with works by Khachaturian, Rimsky-Korsakov and Sedlar. The album based on the word Baïka, which means “tale” or “story” in Serbian, invites music enthusiasts to embark on a musical journey that is at times told as a fairy tale expanding from Armenian culture to the realm of Persia.
